Metalcore act Samurai Pizza Cats announce new album ‘Press Start’

Samurai Pizza Cats, what a fun name for one thing, have announced their sophomore album ‘Press Start’. The metalcore / deathcore fusion act will drop the record March 27th, one day before their sold out “Samurai Pizza Fest”, which will be held in Cologne, Germany on March 28th.

Additionally, the band announced on their socials that powerhouse drummer Robin Scheer is officially joining the lineup, marking a new chapter as they bid a heartfelt farewell to Stefan Buchwald, who departs the band on his own terms. With their sophomore album on the horizon and an ambitious run of live shows ahead, Samurai Pizza Cats are positioned to make 2026 their most explosive year yet.
