Fleshwater Brings Their Dreamlike Sound Across North America

Fleshwater mixes the hazy atmosphere of shoegaze with the intensity of alternative metal, creating a sound that’s both heavy and dreamlike. Earlier this year, they opened for Deftones on their North American tour, and it didn’t take long for them to land in my regular listening rotation. The mix of Marisa Shirar’s soft, dreamy with the band’s intensity gives their music an almost dreamlike weight that sticks with you long after you listen.

With their new album2000: In Search Of The Endless Skynow out, Fleshwater is heading on tour and ready to bring that sound to a bigger stage.
