An Evening with PinkPantheress at Hard Rock Live

I got the chance to see PinkPantheress play at the Hard Rock Live in Orlando. This was easily one of the coolest shows I’ve been to. Every detail felt intentional, from the production to the choreography. While there is no doubt she’s the star, she makes a point to share the spotlight, giving her dancers and team their own moments to shine.

The visuals and staging added another layer entirely. There were multiple outfit changes, all contributing to the overall story, and the background visuals shifted to match each song. At one point, she appeared on an upper-level platform wearing angel wings for “Angel” and “Ophelia,” creating a surreal, dream-like moment. Later, the stage transformed into a subway train for “Boy’s a Liar Pt. 2,” shifting to a higher energy. Each song felt like an experience.

She also paid homage to earlier eras of her live shows, referencing her older performances where it was just her on stage with her purse. At one point, she even told the crowd to hold up their bags while she lifted her Coach bag. It was a full-circle moment.

There was also a really sweet moment where she scanned the crowd looking for a couple, eventually pointing out a fan in a Pink Television hat and dedicating “Just for Me” to him and his partner. It was a small interaction, but it added a lot of heart to the show. She also took a moment during the set to talk about how excited she was to be in Orlando and to get the full “Florida experience” at Universal Studios. The crowd unanimously agreed that The Hulk is one of the best rides there.

The sense of community was immediate and hard to ignore. PinkPantheress has such a specific aesthetic, and everyone really leaned into it. Fans showed up in coordinated looks that made it obvious exactly who they were there to see. She even pointed out how she saw people at Universal Studios during the day who looked like they were dressed for her concert. If you saw a group of people walking through Universal CityWalk in plaid fits, you knew exactly where they were headed.

Overall, this tour feels like a must-see. It goes beyond just a concert and becomes a full experience. Whether you’ve been listening to her for years or are just getting into her music, the setlist offers a solid mix that connects with both. Even though I didn’t get the chance to photograph this show, I’m really grateful I was able to be there!
