Lukas Magyar seems to have left Veil Of Maya

Lukas Magyar appears to have left Veil Of Maya as he replied to a fans comment on social media. VOM, who have been on hiatus since last year due to guitarist Marc Okubo becoming a touring member of Falling In Reverse, will be down a vocalist if and when they return.

Magyar appears to be fully in on his latest band SIFYN and has take out any mentions of Veil Of Maya on his social media accounts. A fan asked if they’d be seeing VOM again and Magyar replied “If you do, it won’t be with me. I decided to part ways and focus on SIFYN.” 

There has been no other news on the VOM front since January of 2025 when Okubo stated that when the band does return it’ll be the heavy version of them.
