Riot Fest aftershows to attend in 2025

Two Decades. Three Nights at Metro. The Bands That Shaped Riot Fest.

Another year, another Riot Fest in Chicago’s Douglass Park! This year, huge acts like Blink-182 and Green Day grace the festival but the fun doesn’t end after their sets. The 2025 Riot Fest aftershows give fans a chance to keep the party going with Marky Ramone, The Academy Is, The Front Bottoms, Alkaline Trio and more.

Venues across many Chicago neighborhoods are hosting some legendary bands and some new trending acts, but every show is guaranteed to be one hell of a time. Riot Fest show goers that make it to the late night aftershows deserve a medal. An award. At least a heart-felt pat on the back. The festival grounds, while well-stocked with great food and merch vendors, always ends up being the last hot week of September weather-wise, so grab a water and/or Redbull on your way out and do some stretching before heading to the next spot!
