Finger Eleven announces 2026 tour with Filter and Local H, drops miniseries inspired by new album

Published

on

Finger Eleven has announced that in support of the bands latest album ‘Last Night On Earth’, which dropped last month, the group is bringing various songs from the album to life with an eight-episode video miniseries, which will appear on their social media.

The band will also be hitting the road in early 2026 alongside Filter and Local H. The dates can be found below.

The shows will reimagine songs from the album into real life as science/fantasy/adventure short films in an homage to the band’s favorite genre (such as Krull, The Beastmaster, and Flash Gordon). They’re huge fans of those particular movies, as well as the popular tabletop role player games that have arrived back in the spotlight thanks to the popularity of the Netflix series “Stranger Things” and the “Hellfire Club.” The “Last Night On Earth” miniseries—deliciously campy and steeped in the Good vs. Evil trope—will roll out on the band’s and Better Noise Music’s socials starting today (December 10). Throughout the miniseries, as the characters endure their quest, viewers will hear clips of new songs from LAST NIGHT ON EARTH.

With Filter and Local H:

3/5 Wenatchee, WA – Town Toyota Center

3/6 Boise ID – Revolution Concert House

* 3/8 Phoenix, AZ – Celebrity Theatre

3/10 Denver, CO – Ogden

3/11 Wichita, KS – Cotillion

Gesaffelstein announces live album ‘Enter The Gamma’, drops first track ‘OPR’

Published

on

French producer Gesaffelstein is known for his sounds, look, and live show which all blend into one unforgettable experience and it’ll show with his new upcoming live album ‘Enter The Gamma’. This marks his first live album to be released and to mark it hes dropped the first single from it ‘OPR’.

A devoted admirer of painter Pierre Soulages, Gesaffelstein draws from the idea that black is not absence but a surface where light takes shape. In Enter The Gamma, that philosophy finds its purest expression yet – sound as a luminous shadow, sculpted to the bone.

Recorded on the acclaimed Enter The Gamma world tour, the album captures Gesaffelstein with no embellishment, just the set as it was: loud, sharp, controlled. The tour cut through major festivals worldwide, debuting at Coachella and including Ultra, Portola, EDC, We Love Green, Les Vieilles Charrues, Summer Sonic, Vac, Palomosa, Lido, Rosendal, Audioriver, and Tecate Pal Norte, along with three sold-out headline shows at Kia Forum in Los Angeles, Radius in Chicago, and Brooklyn Mirage in New York. Each stop sharpened the set as the performances turned into a kind of electronic rite. Rhythm and shadow coalesced into a tension exploring the space between violence and grace.

Emo alt act Capillary drop new track ‘Plainview’ featuring Joey Chiaramonte of Koyo

Published

on

New Jersey emo alt act Capillary are calling in the big guns in the form of Joey Chiaramonte of Koyo for their newest single ‘Plainview’. The band has also announced their debut album in remembrance, releasing through 51st State Records, will be released January 2nd.

The album was recorded, mixed, and mastered with Justin Bartlett at Studio 4 in Conshohocken, PA (All Under Heaven, Carly Cosgrove) and can be preordered HERE.

On the track vocalist / guitarist Jake Rubin shares:

“This song is about reflection and checking ourselves as we face the irreversible passage of time – We’ve all grown from certain people and places – but we’ve most likely  grown from people and places that we miss – this rumination comes with reflection and memories; In this case good memories, as we walk down memory lane in this song and visit the places I use to go. Joey from Koyo echoes this sentiment in his feature, mirroring the stories with a complimentary Long Island tale. In the end of the song we find ourselves excited for the next chapter and appreciating where we’re currently at, so it’s all in good spirits.”

Big Harp releases live cover of The Cures ‘Boys Don’t Cry’

Published

on

Big Harp, the duo of Chris Senseney and Stefanie Drootin-Senseney, are back with a cover of The Cures iconic ‘Boys Don’t Cry’. Along with it is a live in studio video of the pair recording it.

It marks Big Harp’s first new release in ten years, and their first for Saddle Creek since 2011’s White Hat and 2013’s Chain Letters.

Senseney and Drootin-Senseney (The Good Life, Bright Eyes, She & Him) formed Big Harp in December 2010, after a three-year whirlwind that saw the two meet, have a baby, move halfway across the country, get married, move halfway across the country again, and have another baby. When the dust settled, they holed up in Stefanie’s parents’ spare bedroom, practiced for a week, and recorded their debut album White Hat, a collection of dusty, low-key folk-rock laced with subtle irony and dark humor.

Big Harp will release more new music in 2026 via Saddle Creek.

on

In an unexpected sentence Tom Morello and Beartooth have teamed up for a new song thats featured in Final Fantasy XIV. ‘Everything Burns’ sees both Caleb and company along with Morello both bring their unique sounds together for the perfect end of year hit.

Caleb Shomo notes: “creating ‘Everything Burns’ was the definition of lightning in a bottle. Pressure makes diamonds. When I got a call saying Tom Morello wants you to sing on a song for a huge project and it’s due in a few hours I had no idea what would happen, but I gave it all I had and it turned into something that’s truly once in a lifetime. I couldn’t be more honored to be a part of this with Tom and the entire Final Fantasy family that made this happen. Life goal achieved.”

On his collaboration with Beartooth, Morello adds:

“Everything Burns is a high energy riff heavy banger that feels like it’s rising from the streets. Collaborating with Beartooth and super producer Tyler Smyth to forge this ferocious next single from my upcoming solo album was a real thrill.”
