Pig Pen drops chaotic new single ‘Rabid Beach’
Pig Pen, the hot new hardcore act which features actor Matty Matheson and Alexisonfire guitarist Wade MacNeil, have dropped a new song. Coming in at just 2 minutes and chaotic ‘Rabid Beach’ shows off what Pig Pen has to offer. This is the second song that the act has dropped from their upcoming debut LP ‘Mental Madness’.
Mental Madness is available for preorder now through Flatspot Records.
The subject matter on Mental Madness sticks to themes that Matheson describes as “mental health shit”: topics like isolation, loneliness, and “letting your mind destroy you.”
“You can be having a beautiful day, surrounded by friends,” Matheson explains, “and your brain can continuously ruin it. No matter how good or bad your life is, you can still hate yourself. I’ve got to ask myself why am I feeling the ways I’m feeling?”
