Bringing a sound right out of 90s alt grunge MxB have dropped their new single ‘Fyre Eye’. The band, which is newly formed, is set to release their debut full length later in 2025.

Sheldon Ward(aka Big Frost) is debuting on drums, having been the bassist in bands like House of Goats and The Enclave. Guitarist Logan Anderson came from Yesterday’s Apocalypse to start MxB with Sheldon initially. They brought Philip Doty (aka PDoty) from bands like Jawa Command and Each Sold Separately for a lighter aspect on an already heavy down tuned sound. Donald Pittman has played bass and guitar in the bands  Black Witch God and Max White. Donny has been a familiar face in the NOLA scene since the 90s.

The band also has plans to play shows in the south later this year.
